Once your heat schedule is finalized and athletes have been assigned to heats and lanes, you can generate a formatted schedule report to share with your team, judges, and athletes.
Generating the Report
The schedule report can be generated from two places:
The Workout list
The Reports & Exports page
You'll be presented with a list of workouts to include. Use the filter options to select the specific workouts you want in your report.
Pro Tip: For multi-day or multi-stage events, filter and print your report by Day and Stage to keep each printout focused and manageable.
Export Formats
The schedule report can be exported in three formats depending on how you plan to use it:
PDF — formatted and print-ready, ideal for posting at the venue or distributing to your team
XLS — opens in Excel, useful if you need to further manipulate or share the data in a spreadsheet
XML — structured data format for integrations or passing schedule data to third-party systems
What the Report Includes
The report includes two views:
Summary View — A heat-by-heat timetable showing start times across your entire schedule. Ideal for posting at the venue or sharing with athletes.
Detailed View — A full breakdown of lane assignments for every competitor within each heat. Useful for judges, scorekeepers, and floor managers.
