How do I move an athlete or teams to a different division?

Change an Athlete's division

​Updating an Athlete's Division 

  1. Go to Athletes list (Participants > Athletes)

  2. Search for the Athlete's name or email, click Update icon.  

  3. Within the Athlete's record, you can adjust their Division.

  4. Click "Save"

Updating an Team's Division 

  1. Go to Teams section (Participants > Teams)

  2. Search for the Team's name, click "Update" icon.  

  3. Click "Change", select the new division

  4. Click "Save"

Moving from an Individual to Team or Team to Individual.

You can not move an athlete from one format to different. (i.e from Team to Individual or Individual to Team)

You can however remove that athlete and ask them to re-register to the desired format.

  • If they are moving to a division at a lower price, you can issue a partial refund.

  • If they are moving to a division at a higher price, you can create a promo code for the difference, when they register again they can apply that discount.
