We pride ourselves on ensuring each event runs as smooth as possible. While it's quite rare for us to receive a call on the day of event, we do understand having someone on the other end can give you some peace of mind on the big day.
We do encourage you to reach out several days prior to ask any and all questions to better prepare you for the big day. We're more than happy to jump on a call and/or screen share and talk you through any scenarios you may have.
We will always have one of our support engineers online should any questions arise on the day of, simply click on the chat button on the bottom of the score entry screen.
