Yes. A Competition Corner support engineer is always available on event day should any questions or issues arise. While it's rare for things to go wrong on the day, we know that having someone on the other end of the line gives you peace of mind when it matters most.
Day-Of Support
On the day of your event, support is available directly from the score entry screen. Simply click the chat button at the bottom of the screen and a support engineer will be with you.
If you'd prefer to speak to someone directly, we're just a phone call or WhatsApp message away. Sometimes hearing a familiar voice is all you need to get back on track — don't hesitate to reach out however is most comfortable for you.
Prepare Before Event Day — It Makes a Big Difference
The best way to have a smooth event day is to arrive at it fully prepared. We strongly encourage you to reach out to us several days before your event to go through any questions, scenarios, or workflows you want to feel confident about.
