How to transfer your Competition Corner account to a new owner.

If you need to transfer ownership of your Competition Corner account to another person, we're happy to facilitate that. To protect both parties and ensure the transfer is legitimate, we require verification from both the outgoing and incoming owner before processing any changes.

Please allow 24–48 hours for us to process your request once all required information has been received.

Before You Begin

⚠️ Any active events must be unpublished before a transfer can be processed. This ensures the new owner can attach their own payment details to any ongoing events before they go live again. Please unpublish all active events prior to submitting your request.

How to Request a Transfer

The current account owner must initiate the request by emailing support@competitioncorner.net with the subject line "Account Ownership Transfer".

Your email must include the following information:

Current Owner Verification

We need the following details to verify your identity and confirm ownership of the account:

  • Full name on the account

  • Email address registered with Competition Corner

  • Stripe account number associated with your Competition Corner account

New Owner Details

We need the following details to identify the account we'll be transferring ownership to:

  • Full name of the new owner

  • Email address registered with Competition Corner

⚠️ The new owner must already have a Competition Corner account. If they don't have one, they'll need to create one at competitioncorner.net before the transfer can proceed. We need an existing account as the destination for the transfer.

What Happens Next

  1. Our team will review and verify the details provided by the current owner

  2. We'll confirm the new owner's account exists in our system

  3. The transfer will be processed within 24–48 hours of receiving all required information

  4. Both parties will be notified once the transfer is complete

Once the transfer is complete, the new owner will need to connect their Stripe account and review all event settings before republishing any events.
