Leaderboard filters let athletes and spectators slice the results beyond just division — by their affiliate, country, age group, or any custom registration field. All filters are enabled the same way: first capture the relevant data during registration, then activate the filter under Scoring Setup → Leaderboard Filter tab.

When enabled, athletes can filter the leaderboard to see rankings within their specific affiliate or gym.

What if an athlete selected the wrong affiliate? Direct them to update their affiliate, or you can update it directly in their athlete record.

When enabled, athletes can filter the leaderboard to see rankings among competitors from their country. For countries that have provinces, states, or regions, the filter automatically enables deeper filtering — so athletes can drill down from continent → country → province/state/region for a progressively more localized view of the standings.

Continent filtering is also included out of the box using the same setup — no additional configuration required.

What if an athlete or team selected the wrong country? Go to the athlete's record (or the team captain's record for teams) and update the Nation Representing field.

When enabled, an Age Group filter appears on the leaderboard, letting viewers see rankings within defined age brackets. Note: this filter is available for individual divisions only.

What if an athlete appears in the wrong age group? Go to the athlete's record and correct their birth date.

Beyond the built-in filters, you can create leaderboard filters based on any custom registration field — as long as that field was set up as a pick list. This opens up a wide range of possibilities, such as filtering by experience level, t-shirt size bracket, gym category, or any other structured field you collect at registration.

Note: Only pick list fields are supported as leaderboard filters. Free-text fields cannot be used for filtering.
