Questions About a Specific Event
For questions that are specific to an event — such as billing, refunds, scheduling, heat assignments, or event logistics — these need to be directed to the Event Organizer directly.
Competition Corner is the platform that powers the event, but the organizer is responsible for all event-specific decisions and information.
You can find the Event Organizer's contact details and reach out to them directly through any of the following:
Your registration confirmation email
Your athlete dashboard
The event page for your competition — look for the organizer contact option directly on the page
