A DPA is available to:
Organizations based in the EU, EEA, or Switzerland
Organizations based outside the EU/EEA/Switzerland that collect or process personal data on behalf of individuals located within those regions
What Is a Data Processing Addendum?
A DPA is a legally binding agreement between Competition Corner (as the data processor) and your organization (as the data controller). It outlines how personal data is handled, stored, and protected in accordance with GDPR requirements, and supplements our publicly posted Privacy Policy.
How to Request a DPA
