When You Go Live
The moment you publish your event, Competition Corner presents your live event link directly on screen so you can start sharing it straight away. This is your cue to get the word out — copy the link and share it across your social channels, email list, or website.
Finding Your Event Link & QR Code
After publishing, you can retrieve your event link and QR code at any time from your event dashboard:
Go to your Event Dashboard
Your shareable event link is displayed prominently on the dashboard alongside the event status
Your event QR Code is also available here — click to download or copy it for use in your promotional materials
What to Do With Your QR Code
The event QR code links directly to your registration page. Athletes can scan it with their phone camera to be taken straight to your event — no typing required. It's designed to be used anywhere you're promoting your event:
Printed flyers — add the QR code to physical promotional materials so people can register on the spot
Posters — display it at your gym, venue, or anywhere your target athletes will see it
Social media — include it in posts, Stories, or graphics to make it easy for followers to register directly from their feed
Email campaigns — embed it alongside your event link for athletes who prefer scanning over clicking
