Single Score : The team captain will sum of the teams score and enter one score.
This is typically used when you've programmed a workout where the team mates work independently and their scores are then added up for a team score.
Single Score / Multi Video : The team captain will sum of the teams score and enter one score
Score per Team Member : The team captain will enter individual scores for each team member, and the system will total the score for them. (If you require a video, a video link is submitted per team member)
When using this option for timed workouts, it's necessary to not explicitly set a time cap, rather instruct the athletes to assess their time caps in penalty seconds. For example if your workout has an individual time cap of 10 minutes and an athlete has 5 reps left over, their timed score would be 10:05.
