I don't see all my athletes in Mailchimp

There's a couple reasons why this might happen:

  1. The athlete provided a dead email address, when Mailchimp processes an email it checks to see if it exists before processing it.

  2. The athlete did not opt-in after their record was synced into Mailchimp. 

  3. You've exceeded your number of contacts and may need to upgrade your Mailchimp plan.
