How do I setup a multi part workout?

We will often see events that'll run a multi part workout on a continuous clock in a single heat.

For example, you may have Workout 1 is a 2 part workout:

Part 1: 5 Min to establish a 1RM Snatch

1 minute transition into...

Part 2: 3 Min AMRAP

  • 10 Thrusters

  • 10 Pull-Ups

Simply create one workout as "Workout 1: Part A" and another workout as "Workout 1: Part B"

Set the relevant scoring parameters for each, in this example, Part 1 will be 'For Weight' and Part 2 will be "For Repetitions"

For both parts, you can replicate the same Heat and Schedule for consistency.
