If you're replacing an individual athlete, go to the Athletes section, search for the athlete being replaced, and click Replace

Enter the details of the new athlete.

If the athlete is going into a different division, make the replacement first and then edit the athlete record to move them to their new division.

If you're replacing a team member, go to the Teams section, search for the team, click Update

Click the X or Replace next to the athlete being replaced and add the new athlete

or

If registration is still open, direct the team captain to do it themselves, send them to this link on how to replace a team mate themselves - How to manage my team
