If you do not require athletes to provide a video at the time of their score submission, you can send them a request for video proof post review.
Simply look them up in the results list and click "Request Video", pick the workout and deadline and send away.

For the Athlete
All the athletes need to do is login, go to the workout (as if they were submitting a score)
