This option allows you to filter by Affiliates within a Division.
When this is turned on, the leaderboard will group athletes based on their division and display their ranks within that affiliate.
There are two requirements to enable this feature:
To leverage this feature, you need to make sure you are capturing the Affiliate information during registration. You turn this on, go to Registration Settings -> Set "Affiliate" to "Ask"
You can turn on the filtering option under Scoring Setup within the Leaderboard Filter tab

What if?
An athlete realizes they selected the wrong affiliate? Direct them here or you can update it for them.
