To limit your liabilities, we have added a trademark checker that prevents you from using certain trademarked words such as 'crossfit' in your event name, event description and hashtags.  

This feature is to minimize any possible legal actions that may result in using a trademark in association with your event without explicit permission from the owner.

We may authorize use of that word if written proof can be provided from CFHQ.
