If you're running a gender neutral competition and want to rank both male and female within a single leaderboard. You can turn on the "Combine Genders"
When this feature is turned on, the leaderboard introduce a "Gender" filter. This will allow you to view the ranks in 3 ways:
Global ranks amongst both genders
Rank amongst Male athletes
Rank amongst Female athletes
