Should I create a workout for each division?

This depends on how you're scoring and your schedule. General rule of thumb:

If the workout shares the same scoring, same time cap, same day and same competition stage then create 1 workout and connect it to all your divisions.

You can notate the variations of reps, load and movements within the workout description, like the example below 👇
