Once you start receiving vendor registrations, you can find all their information within the Vendors section.

Here you'll find all the details about the vendor including contact information and other information they've provided during registration.

Every vendor that registered will have a default status of Not Contacted, you can use this as an flag to remind yourself to contact the vendor and confirm any other details you need before event day.

To change that status to Contacted simply click on the vendor name and click the status dropdown. Within the edit screen you can view additional details about the vendor including the ability to:

  • store notes, such as when you last talked to the vendor, details of the call etc..
  • upload additional assets from the vendor such as images for print, etc..

You also have the ability to export the vendor list into excel, simply click Export to Excel
