Managing Your Team Registration

Update your team name, roster, shirt sizes, and division — available to the team captain while registration is open.

As the team captain — the person who originally registered the team — you can update your team's details, manage your roster, and make division changes directly from your dashboard.

Note: Team management must be enabled by the event organizer. If you don't see these options, registration may have closed or the organizer has disabled self-management. Reach out to them directly for assistance.

Getting There

  1. Log into Competition Corner and go to your dashboard

  2. Locate your event and click Manage Registration from the dropdown

What You Can Do

From the team management screen you can update your team name, t-shirt sizes, and affiliate. You can also switch divisions if the organizer has made that available.

Adding a Teammate

If you registered with a partial roster and need to fill a spot:

  1. Click the Teammates tab

  2. Click Add Teammate and enter their details

Replacing a Teammate

  1. Click the Teammates tab

  2. Click Replace next to the athlete you're swapping out and enter the new athlete's details

⚠️ Replacing a teammate will remove any scores attached to your team. You'll need to re-enter your scores after making the change.
