Competition Corner gives you three ways to handle scorecards for your event, depending on how much customization you need. Whether you want a quick out-of-the-box solution or a fully branded custom scorecard experience, there's an option to suit your setup.
Option 1: Print System-Generated Scorecards
The simplest option. Competition Corner automatically generates a scorecard for every workout you've programmed, pre-populated with athlete and heat information. This is ideal for smaller or in-house competitions where speed and simplicity matter most.
Go to Reports
Click Score Card
A PDF will be generated with a scorecard for every workout in your event
No setup required — as long as your workouts and heat schedule are configured, the system handles the rest.
Option 2: Print Labels for Custom Scorecards
If you prefer to design and print your own branded scorecards, you can save significant time by printing scorecard labels to paste onto each card. Rather than manually writing or typing each athlete's name, heat, and lane onto every scorecard, the system generates labels automatically based on your heat schedule — one label per athlete per workout, ready to stick on.
This is especially useful for larger events where hand-labelling scorecards would be time-consuming and error-prone.
Supported label templates:
Avery 5160
Avery 8160
Avery (A4 — 64 x 34mm)
Apli 01298
To generate labels, go to Reports and select Scorecard Labels.
Option 3: Upload Custom Scorecards
For organizers who want full control over the scorecard design, Competition Corner allows you to upload your own custom-created scorecards directly into each workout. You set placeholders within your scorecard for fields like athlete name, division, heat, lane, bib number, and heat times. Competition Corner will automatically populate these placeholders and sort the scorecards based on your heat schedule — so your printed output is already in the correct order for your judges, with no manual sorting required.
This option is ideal for events with strong branding requirements or competitions where the scorecard itself is part of the athlete experience.
See Custom Scorecard Templates for full setup instructions.
