Send email and push notifications to your athletes, volunteers, and ticketing customers directly from your event dashboard.

The Messaging feature lets you communicate directly with your participants from within your event — whether you need to send a pre-event briefing, a last-minute schedule update, or a reminder to sign waivers. You can reach athletes, volunteers, and ticketing customers via email or push notification, all from one place.

Head over to Messaging in your event dashboard.

Who You Can Message

  • Athletes — registered competitors across your divisions

  • Volunteers — anyone with a volunteer role assigned to your event

  • Ticket Holders — customers who purchased tickets through your event

Delivery Methods

  • Email — delivered to the recipient's registered email address

  • Push Notification — delivered directly to the Competition Corner app on the recipient's device

A Few Things to Note

  • File attachments are not supported. If you need to share a document, upload it to Google Drive and include the link in your message.

  • Messages are sent in batches — emails are triggered every 15 minutes. You can track the delivery status of your messages from the list view.
