Competition Corner requires athletes to sign a liability waiver before competing. In most cases this happens automatically during registration, but there are situations where you may need to follow up — for example, when you've manually added or swapped in an athlete from the backend, or when an athlete missed or ignored the original waiver email.
Sending Waiver Requests
Go to Participants → Athletes. You have two options:
Bulk reminder — Click Request Missing Waivers to send a reminder to every athlete who hasn't signed yet. This is the fastest way to clean up outstanding waivers ahead of competition day.
Individual request — Open a specific athlete's record and click Send Waiver Request to target just that athlete.
Collecting Waivers On-Site
If athletes still arrive on competition day without a signed waiver, your check-in team can collect it right at the door using the Competition Corner app. See Athlete Check-In: Using the App on Competition Day for details.
