Sponsor logos give your partners and supporters visibility directly across your event — adding value to your sponsorship packages and giving your event a more polished, professional look. Logos aren't limited to a single location — Competition Corner gives you the flexibility to place sponsor branding across multiple touchpoints throughout your event.

Where Sponsor Logos Can Appear

Event & Leaderboard Pages
Display sponsor logos in a carousel on your main event page and leaderboard. This is the highest-visibility placement, seen by athletes, spectators, and anyone following results online.

Workout Pages
Attach a sponsor logo directly to a specific workout. This is ideal for sponsored workouts where a brand has naming rights or is directly associated with a particular event segment — for example, "The Reebok Clean & Jerk Event."

Competition Stages
If your event runs across multiple stages or rounds, each stage can carry its own sponsor logo. This allows you to sell stage-level sponsorships to different brands and give each partner dedicated visibility during their sponsored segment of the competition.

How to Add Sponsor Logos

  1. Navigate to Share and Display > Sponsors within your event dashboard

  2. Click the + icon to add a new sponsor logo

  3. Upload your sponsor's logo

  4. Select where you want the logo to display

  5. Save your changes

Repeat for each sponsor you want to feature. Logos can be reordered after adding them.

To add a logo to a specific workout or stage, navigate to that workout or stage in your event setup and look for the sponsor logo option within its settings.

Logo Specifications

For the best display quality across all screen sizes, follow these guidelines when preparing sponsor logos:

  • Canvas size: 540 x 160 pixels

  • Background: White or transparent

  • Format: PNG recommended for transparent backgrounds

Logos that don't follow these dimensions may appear stretched, cropped, or misaligned on your event page.
