Liability waivers are a critical part of event compliance. Before athletes compete, they must have a signed waiver on file — and as an organizer you need to be able to quickly verify waiver status for any individual athlete, whether you're doing a pre-event audit or handling a last-minute check-in situation.
Competition Corner gives you a direct line into each athlete's waiver status from the athlete list — without having to dig through their full registration record.
Viewing or Requesting a Waiver
Go to Participants → Athletes
Click the […] icon in the Actions column for the athlete
Click View Waiver to open their signed waiver
If the athlete does not have a waiver on file, the option will appear as Request Waiver instead — clicking it will send them a waiver request directly.
