Refund Policy

Competition Corner doesn't set refund policies — the event organizer does. Here's how to get help with a billing issue.

Competition Corner is the platform event organizers use to manage their events. We do not set, control, or override the refund policies for individual events — that is entirely at the discretion of the event organizer.

For Refund or Billing Issues, Contact the Event Organizer Directly

The event organizer is your first and primary point of contact for any refund or billing question. They set the refund policy for their event, and only they have the authority to approve or process a refund.

What Competition Corner Can Help With

Competition Corner is not authorized to cancel registrations or issue refunds on behalf of event organizers. The only exception is if you accidentally completed a duplicate registration — in that case, please contact us at support@competitioncorner.net or use the chat option on this page.

Refund Processing Times

Once a refund has been approved and confirmed by the event organizer, it typically takes 5–7 business days for the transaction to complete.

Purchased Ticket Protection Insurance?
